Our Story
Who We Are and What We Stand For
9ph28 launched in 2020 with a clear mission: to provide Filipino players with a safe, fair, and entertaining online gaming experience that rivals international platforms while staying rooted in Philippine culture and payment preferences. We recognized that Filipino players deserved better than generic offshore casinos that didn't accept GCash, had no local support, and ignored the gaming preferences unique to the Philippines.
Our founding team combined decades of experience in online gaming, fintech, and customer service. We studied what Filipino players wanted: fast loading times on mobile data, games that work on affordable smartphones, instant deposits and withdrawals through e-wallets, and customer support that understands local concerns and speaks the language.
Today, 9ph28 serves tens of thousands of players across Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and provinces nationwide. We've built a reputation for reliability, transparency, and putting players first. When you play at 9ph28, you're not just a number in a database — you're part of a community that values fair play, responsible gaming, and genuine entertainment.
We operate under strict compliance with PAGCOR regulations, ensuring every game is provably fair, every transaction is secure, and every player is protected. Our platform uses the same encryption technology trusted by major Philippine banks, and we never compromise on security or player safety.
Beyond the technology and games, 9ph28 is about creating moments of excitement and possibility. Whether you're spinning slots during your commute, playing bingo with friends online, or watching live dealer games while relaxing at home, we want every session to be smooth, fair, and fun.
We're constantly innovating to serve you better. From integrating new payment methods like QR Ph to adding games based on player requests, we listen to feedback and evolve. Our commitment is simple: be the online gaming platform Filipinos trust, enjoy, and recommend to friends.
As we grow, our core principles remain unchanged — transparency in odds and payouts, prompt customer support, secure transactions, and responsible gaming practices. We're not here to take advantage of players; we're here to provide premium entertainment with integrity.

Why Choose 9ph28
What Sets 9ph28 Apart from Other Platforms
We built 9ph28 around what Filipino players actually need, not what international platforms think they need.

All game outcomes are provably fair using certified random number generators. Payout percentages published and audited. No hidden fees on deposits or withdrawals. Clear terms and conditions written in plain language, not confusing legal jargon.

Comprehensive tools for setting deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion periods. We actively promote responsible gaming and provide resources for those who need help. Age verification and KYC processes ensure only adults can play.
Our Promise
The 9ph28 Commitment to Players
When you choose 9ph28, you're choosing a platform that prioritizes your experience, security, and satisfaction above all else. We make commitments we can keep and deliver on our promises consistently.
Security Promise: Your personal information and financial transactions are protected with military-grade encryption. We never sell your data to third parties, and we invest heavily in cybersecurity to prevent breaches.
Fairness Promise: Every game outcome is determined by certified random number generators that cannot be manipulated. House edge is clearly stated, and we never change game odds based on player behavior or balance.
Payout Promise: Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, usually much faster. No excuses, no delays, no "technical difficulties" when you win big. Your winnings are yours, and we make sure you get them quickly.
Support Promise: Real humans, not bots, answer your questions 24/7. Whether it's 3 AM or 3 PM, you get helpful, knowledgeable support in English or Tagalog. We resolve issues promptly and fairly.
Responsible Gaming Promise: We provide tools, resources, and support for responsible gaming. If you need to take a break or set limits, we make it easy. We never encourage gambling beyond your means.
These aren't just words on a website. They're the principles that guide every decision we make, from technical architecture to customer service training to game selection.
