Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to 9ph28 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 9ph28 governing your access to and use of our online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at https://9ph28.cam and associated mobile applications.

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the 9ph28 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

2.3 Account Registration

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted only one (1) account on 9ph28. Creating multiple accounts, attempting to circumvent account restrictions, or operating accounts on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts may result in closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the Platform.

2.5 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, whether authorized or unauthorized. You must immediately notify 9ph28 of any suspected unauthorized access or security breach. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you fail to maintain proper security measures.

3. Identity Verification and KYC Compliance

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

As part of our regulatory compliance obligations and to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, 9ph28 requires all Users to complete identity verification procedures. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and other documentation as reasonably requested.

3.2 Verification Timing

While deposits may be permitted before full verification, withdrawal of funds requires successful completion of KYC procedures. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents at any time, and to suspend account privileges pending satisfactory verification. Failure to complete verification within requested timeframes may result in account restrictions or closure.

3.3 Document Authenticity

All documents submitted must be authentic, unaltered, and clearly legible. Submission of falsified, edited, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities. 9ph28 employs advanced verification systems and reserves the right to reject documents that do not meet quality or authenticity standards.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposit Methods

9ph28 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers to major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, etc.), and other approved payment methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to successful account verification and compliance with wagering requirements. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in the account holder's name. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or unusual transaction patterns.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

9ph28 maintains strict anti-money laundering procedures. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. Suspicious transactions, including but not limited to rapid deposits and withdrawals without gaming activity, may be investigated and reported to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to reverse transactions or freeze funds pending investigation of suspected money laundering activities.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If your payment method uses a different currency, conversion will occur through your payment provider, and applicable exchange rates and fees will apply. 9ph28 is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Promotional Terms

9ph28 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum win limits. Promotional terms are displayed on the Platform at the time of offer and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, typically ranging from 1x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements; contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

Actions constituting abuse include but are not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, or using automated systems to manipulate outcomes. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, potential account closure, and legal action if warranted.

5.4 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of disputes regarding promotional terms, 9ph28's interpretation shall be final and binding.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play Obligations

All Users must engage in fair play and sportsmanlike conduct. Cheating, collusion, use of bots or automated systems, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. We employ advanced monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and suspicious behavior.

6.2 Game Outcomes and Randomness

All games on 9ph28 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined by RNG algorithms and cannot be influenced by 9ph28, the User, or any third party. We conduct regular audits of RNG systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of technical malfunctions, errors in game display, or software defects, affected game rounds may be voided, and stakes returned. 9ph28 is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages.

6.4 Disconnections

If you experience disconnection during a game round, the round will continue to completion according to the game's rules. Upon reconnection, you can view the outcome. Any winnings will be credited to your account automatically.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

9ph28 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activities. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. Gaming should be entertainment, not a source of income or financial solution.

7.2 Deposit Limits

Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of seventy-two (72) hours. Limits can be decreased at any time and take effect immediately.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Users experiencing difficulty controlling their gaming activities may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods range from six (6) months to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your account, make deposits, or participate in gaming activities. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected period.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts belonging to others
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of chip dumping
• Using bots, scripts, automated systems, or other artificial intelligence to play games
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities
• Engaging in money laundering or other financial crimes
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack Platform software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or customer support staff
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to disguise geographic location
• Transferring funds between accounts or to third parties
• Using stolen payment methods or fraudulent financial instruments

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Right to Suspend or Terminate

9ph28 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or at our sole discretion. Reasons for suspension or termination include but are not limited to those listed in Section 8 (Prohibited Activities).

9.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases. Outstanding withdrawable balances (excluding bonuses and winnings derived from fraudulent activity) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or chargebacks. We reserve the right to retain funds if account closure results from fraudulent activity or Terms violations.

9.3 User-Initiated Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. After closure, outstanding balances will be processed for withdrawal according to standard procedures. Account closure does not relieve you of obligations or liabilities incurred prior to closure.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

10.1 Ownership

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game designs, and other materials available on 9ph28 are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. The 9ph28 name, logo, and all related trademarks are proprietary to the Platform.

10.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without express written permission.

11. Liability and Disclaimers

11.1 Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, 9ph28 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or immune to security vulnerabilities. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues may result in service interruptions.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9ph28 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or Platform use shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11.3 Third-Party Services

9ph28 integrates with third-party payment processors, game providers, and other service providers. We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Internal Resolution

In the event of disputes or complaints, Users must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting 9ph28 customer support. We will investigate all complaints in good faith and attempt to reach a fair resolution.

12.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or Platform use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts. By using 9ph28, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

12.3 Arbitration

For disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to pursue binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center before resorting to litigation. Arbitration decisions shall be final and binding.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 9ph28 regarding Platform use and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable while preserving original intent.

13.3 Waiver

Failure by 9ph28 to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future. Waivers must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of 9ph28.

13.4 Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. 9ph28 may freely assign these Terms or delegate obligations to affiliates, subsidiaries, or third parties in connection with business transfers or reorganizations.

13.5 Force Majeure

9ph28 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, or strikes.
